Payment Options; Cheque - That being a cheque drawn from a UK Bank Account. Please make cheques payable to " Carl Green " full details are provided if you tick the box for this method of payment.
Postal Order - That being a form of payment available through UK Post Offices. Please make your Postal Orders payable to " Carl Green " and cross the Postal Orders. Please use the Cheque option on the payment option screen.
PayPal - That being a secure on-line facility that enables you to pay via Credit/Debit Card. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to send us a payment. There is no charge to you, for using PayPal.
PayPal offers a secure method by which Credit Card and Debit Card transactions can be processed.
No information is retained on or through our web site and we have no access to your personal information, this is only available to Pay Pal who are regulated by legal codes of conduct.
You do not need a PayPal account to make a one-off payment through PayPal. Simply follow the instructions given on the left hand side of the screen to process a one-off payment.
If you have a PayPal account, registered to the e-mail address that you are using, you will not be able to make a one-off payment.
PayPal will detect the e-mail address and require you to sign into your Pay Pal account to continue with your transaction.
Worldwide Postage - Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class and charged at a flat rate of £0.00, regardless of the number of items, or the value of the items you order.
Parcels with a higher total order value will be sent via Recorded Delivery or Special delivery.
We make no additional charge to customers placing high valued orders that required insured dispatch.
Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery require a signature on receipt of the parcel, if you do not want this method of posting used, please let us know in the 'additional info' box when placing your order.
We normally dispatch within 2-3 working days of receiving your order but for UK mainland deliveries please allow 7-14 days and worldwide we ask for you to allow 14-21 days many thanks for your custom
Returns
In an instance where you need to return an item, please e-mail us and advise of the problem before returning the product.
If returns are due to poor workmanship or damages sustained through the postal system, we will send a replacement item.If returns are due to descriptive errors we will refund the customers postage costs by prior arrangement.
If any returns are received without prior arrangement we will not refund postage costs.
We will not accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive or those that arrive damaged.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are suitably insured against loss or damage, except where we have sent a post paid Returns Envelope. |
